Job summary

DaVita in Topeka seeks a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) to lead a cross-functional outpatient clinic team and drive patient care improvements. You will manage the full operation, including budget adherence, vendor relations, and compliance, while aligning with regional standards.

Ideal candidates will bring healthcare management experience or related leadership background, with RN licensure if required and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, unless required by state or local laws; Bachelor's degree in related area strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in management (healthcare, business, or military) or equivalent renal experience.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment.
• Current CPR certification required (or certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position).
• Collaboration is a key to success in this role with clinical and financial teams.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional clinical team to deliver the best for patients, teammates and community.
• Manage complete operation and performance of the clinic: budget adherence, forecasting expenses, vendor relationships, supplies, and compliance.
• Oversee autonomy of the clinic with guidance from director and regional peers.
• Partner with Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns to drive regional goals.
• Drive performance-based rewards based on individual and team contributions.
