Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Edmond I-35 South in Edmond, OK is seeking a Supervisor-Physician Practice (Exempt) for a full-time, 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The role oversees daily clinic operations and staff, ensuring efficient delivery of medical office services under supervision of the Practice Manager and leadership.

Ideal candidates hold a HS diploma or GED with healthcare experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Education: HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in a healthcare environment required; 5 years in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Clinical and/or back-office experience strongly preferred.
• Previous Lead experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the clinic and clinic staff.
• Perform office and clinical duties to keep the clinic running efficiently.
• Plan, direct and coordinate medical and health services and overall business operations of the medical office.
• Adhere to Mercy's core values, mission, and service standards.
