Job summary

Mercy Clinic Primary Care Edmond is seeking a Supervisory Physician Practice to manage daily clinic operations Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, and upholding Mercy standards in care and operations.

Qualifications

• Education level as listed: high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in a healthcare environment required; 5 years preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; strong written communication required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the clinic and staff.
• Perform office and clinical duties to keep the clinic running efficiently.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate medical and health services and operations.
