Responsibilities include directing daily clinical and clerical staff, managing staffing, and setting goals to meet organizational aims. Strong background in healthcare operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma and 3 years experience or training, or an Associate’s degree with 1 year, or a Bachelor's with 6 months–1 year experience. Medical capacity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct line management and leadership for all patient care areas.
• Manages daily operations of clinical and clerical staff, including staffing schedules.
• Ensures standards for nursing practice and interfaces between support and clinical services.
