Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of outpatient behavioral health departments
• Provide leadership to clinic staff to optimize scheduling and quality of care
• Coordinate day-to-day clinic operations and maximize provider and staff schedules
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate action plans
• Manage front office operations, budgeting, and staffing to meet targets
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards
