Job summary

Navarro Regional in Corsicana, TX, is seeking a Clinic Manager - Primary Care to lead day-to-day clinic operations onsite. You will manage staff, budgets, workflows, and physician partnerships while driving process improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role supports patient access, care coordination and high-quality service. The Manager collaborates with clinical leadership to optimize performance, sustain service excellence, and foster teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or Four (4) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Master's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations across assigned sites, ensuring efficient patient flow and staff productivity
• Partners with physicians and clinical leaders to develop operational processes
• Monitors financial reports, accounts receivable, billing accuracy and payer trends
• Ensures HIPAA and regulatory compliance and maintains documentation
• Develops and enforces clinic policies and workflows for consistency
• Oversees revenue cycle, credentialing, and billing processes
• Analyzes operational data and patient feedback to drive improvements
• Manages inventory and supply chain for clinical operations
• Acts as liaison between clinic staff, physicians, hospital departments, and partners
• Provides staff training and onboarding to ensure consistent care delivery
• Maintains attendance and compliance with policies
