Job summary

The Treetop ABA Therapy is hiring an Operations Manager for our Albuquerque clinic. This role oversees daily operations, front office functions, and scheduling, ensuring high-quality care for children and families.

You will support clinicians and administrative staff and partner with the Clinic Director to maintain a welcoming, efficient clinic environment. We value collaboration, self-motivation, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
• Experience with scheduling, front office, or clinic operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting

• On-site clinic work experience

We’re Hiring: Operations Manager

Albuquerque New Mexico Clinic-Based | Full-Time

The Treetop ABA Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our Albuquerque clinic! This role is perfect for someone who loves organization, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and families.

As the Operations Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping the clinic running smoothly. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage scheduling and care coordination, support behavior technicians and administrative staff, and partner closely with the Clinic Director. You’ll also play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for families and helping build strong relationships within the local community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing day-to-day clinic operations and front office needs
• Overseeing client and staff scheduling to ensure quality service delivery
• Supporting staff and helping new team members onboard successfully
• Partnering with the Clinic Director to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Assisting with community outreach and relationship-building

Schedule:

Full-time position with shifts between 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, depending on clinic coverage needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ABA or behavioral health
• Experience with scheduling, front office, or clinic operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to organize, multitask, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
• Experience supporting or leading teams
• Comfortable working on-site in a clinic environment
• Self-motivated and collaborative
