Job summary
Broadlawns Medical Center is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead operational performance across medical offices, ensuring objectives are met and processes run smoothly. You will coordinate hiring, onboarding, and staff orientation while partnering with HR to address employee relations and maintain compliant, efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in nursing, management, or a healthcare-related field.
- At least 3 years of clinic or healthcare leadership experience.
- Experience with accounts receivable, billing, ICD and CPT coding.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- BLS certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communication with staff, providers, and patients.
- Act as liaison between clinical leadership and clinic providers.
- Partner with HR on staff onboarding and relations.
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding for assigned clinics.
- Oversee clinic financial operations, including payroll and accounts payable.
- Ensure daily EHR work lists and clinic scheduling practices.
- Lead process improvements and staffing model implementations.
- Support budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
