Job summary

RBW Consulting LLP's client is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead teams, shape operational processes and oversee trials in regulated environments. You will own line management, resource planning and ensure trials comply with GCP, SOPs and project agreements, while collaborating with project teams and senior management.

Key responsibilities include monitoring trial quality, coordinating with HR for staffing, supporting development programmes and representing the function at industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level life sciences degree or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading clinical operations teams in CRO/pharma environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trials comply with GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs and project agreements.
• Line management of Clinical Leads and staff; manage induction and development.
• Oversee resource needs, hiring support, workload and performance management.
• Develop and maintain clinical operations processes, tools and SOPs.
