Job summary

Easterseals Florida is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide on-site leadership at our Dunn Avenue location. You will oversee front desk operations, administrative teams, and support Audiology services while ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations and an exceptional client experience.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in office/operations management within healthcare or nonprofit settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 3 years in office management, operations management, healthcare administration, or related supervisory role required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services environment highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery
• Lead and supervise Reception and Medical Records staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
• Develop, implement and maintain SOPs and cross-training to support consistency and coverage
• Support clinical operations, including Audiology scheduling, referrals, chart prep, and co-pay processes
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated client concerns and ensure timely resolution
• Foster a welcoming, professional environment for clients, families, and staff
• Coordinate with IT, Maintenance, and vendors to address facility and system needs
• Ensure compliance with medical records standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
• Supervise administrative staff in accordance with organizational policies
• Manage hiring, development, performance, coaching, and conflict resolution
