Job summary
Athletico in Bartlett, IL seeks a Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations, oversee patient care, and drive performance. Reporting to the Regional Director, you will onboard and train staff, review treatment plans, and contribute to a community-focused, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Physical Therapy Assistant Program, or Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist.
- Current CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Oversee treatment of patients and ensure high-quality care.
- Onboard new employees and train current staff.
- Review treatment plans and contribute to clinical decisions.
