Athletico is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations and patient care. You will lead a team, coordinate treatments, and drive community engagement while upholding Athletico's standards of teamwork and growth.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will onboard and train staff, review treatment plans, and contribute to a supportive, learning-focused culture across 900+ locations. This full-time role emphasizes leadership and excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• State licensure in Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Occupational Therapy.
• CPR certification required and current.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations and patient treatment coordination.
• Onboard new employees and train current staff.
• Review treatment plans and ensure quality patient care.
