Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations and patient care at our Bartlett, IL clinic. You will lead staff, onboard and train teammates, review treatment plans, and foster a culture of teamwork and growth to improve patient outcomes.

Reporting to the Regional Director, this role emphasizes leadership, quality care, and community engagement while leveraging our clinical education resources and incentive programs to support excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Physical Therapy Assistant Program, or Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations and patient care.
• Onboard and train new staff; review treatment plans.
• Collaborate with Regional Director and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Foster teamwork, continuous learning and growth within the clinic.
