Job summary

Woven Care seeks a Clinic Manager to lead daily clinic operations in Aurora, CO. The role emphasizes clinical and operational excellence, staff development, and exceptional patient and employee satisfaction.

You will manage processes, KPIs (billed hours, retention, eNPS, cNPS), oversee timecards, and coach the team to deliver high-quality care. With a salary of $90,000–$120,000 per year, performance-based bonuses, and a culture focused on growth, trust, and collaboration, you will drive outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as an SLP, OT, PT, COTA, PTA, or BCBA.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic with integrity, humility, empathy, and optimism.
• Promote a culture of trust, collaboration, and partnership among the team.
• Build strong relationships with patients and their families, coaching team members to do the same.
• Communicate effectively, starting with the 'why' and aligning with the broader organizational vision.
• Measure and report on the clinic’s overall metrics and productivity, working with therapists and patient coordinators to reach monthly goals.
