Job summary

SilverSwing ABA is seeking a BCBA to become Clinical Director for a new Augusta, GA clinic. You will lead clinical programming, shape standards, and build the team, setting the direction for the clinic’s growth and impact.

The role combines on-site leadership with designated remote-work days quarterly, offering a strong salary, benefits, and room for growth as the clinic expands.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• Current Georgia LBA.
• 5+ years of clinic ABA experience with pediatric population.
• 2+ years in supervisory or clinical leadership roles.
• Extensive experience with FBAs, BIP development, treatment planning.
• Familiarity with CentralReach.
• Working knowledge of Medicaid and commercial insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical programming, treatment plans, BIPs, and progress monitoring across your designated clinic/region.
• Supervise a dynamic team of BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff.
• Lead case reviews, deliver performance evaluations, and mentor clinicians.
• Drive growth, partner with intake, build community relationships.
• Tapering billable caseload as the clinic/region grows.
