Job summary

Alpine Physician Partners is seeking a Practice Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of one or more medical clinics, aligning clinical quality, growth, and financial objectives with strong patient and employee engagement.

This role collaborates with the lead physician to ensure operational excellence, cost-effective management, HR processes, and regulatory compliance across the clinics within the Colorado region. A background in healthcare operations and change management is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Experience leading cultural change and significant performance improvement efforts within a health care environment.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork and collaboration to foster a healthy work culture.
• Ability to provide high quality service to patients, customers, and team members.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
• Knowledge of office management techniques and practices.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more medical clinics including front and back-office administration.
• Review financial reports to identify cost trends and variances; partner with Regional Operations Director on improvements.
• Accountable for P&L performance of clinics within area of responsibility.
• Promote cost-effective clinic operation by monitoring budgets and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and OSHA protocols.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staffing needs.
