Spring View Medical Group is seeking a Clinic Manager to supervise day-to-day operations of employed physician practices in the Frye Market, ensuring compliance with federal and local standards and Lifepoint policies. You’ll lead policy implementation, onboarding, and revenue cycle alignment with leadership guidance.

The role requires oversight of budgets, staffing, patient satisfaction, and EMR utilization to meet quality program guidelines. Travel to remote clinic sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field is required.
• 2+ years of medical clinic Office Manager or 4+ years of supervisor experience.
• Experience overseeing physician practices and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of employed physician practices and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operating budgets.
• Manage physician HR needs, onboarding, space, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with Market Director on strategic goals and revenue opportunities.
• Ensure proper use of EMR and adherence to quality program guidelines.
