Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking a Clinic Coordinator for the Therapy- Catonsville program. You will provide PT/OT/SLP services including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, reassessment and discharge planning, while coordinating day‑to‑day clinic operations with leadership.

This role emphasizes efficient patient access, staffing and scheduling, referral development, and collaboration with physicians, insurers, and case managers to grow services and maintain high quality care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational, Physical Therapy or Speech Language Pathology.
• MD/DC/VA licensure required as deemed necessary for location.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers CPR.
• 3-4 years clinical experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation and treatment services and explains findings to patient and family.
• Promotes excellent customer experience and access with empathy in a patient-driven environment.
• Coordinate day-to-day clinic staffing, scheduling and performance appraisal feedback.
• Assist with budget input and interdepartmental collaboration to improve services.
• Coordinate community outreach and referrals to expand program volume.
