R3 Athletic & Physical Therapy is a cash-based, sports-focused clinic that delivers 1:1 care in a high-energy, team-first setting. You will own clinic flow and front-desk support, assisting PTs, keeping spaces clean, and coordinating tasks across staff and volunteers.

In this role you will escort patients, help sessions run on time, and manage admin tasks while maintaining professionalism and patient respect.

Responsibilities

• Set up and reset treatment areas and equipment
• Escort patients and create a welcoming vibe
• Help sessions run on time and keep the schedule moving
• Clean and sanitize tables, equipment, bathrooms, and high-touch areas
• Handle laundry and restock supplies
• Monitor and restock office items and equipment
• Record or photograph exercise and office happenings
• Coordinate volunteers and acts as main point of contact
