Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise support staff and coordinate daily assignments to ensure efficient department workflow.
• Lead as a venue for team huddles, monitor patient experience and staff satisfaction.
• Oversee timecards, scheduling, and coverage for vacations and sick days.
• Train staff on EHR usage and coordinate ongoing training.
• Maintain inventory for medical, dental, and pharmacy supplies and manage purchasing per procedures.
• Investigate patient concerns in cooperation with Compliance or Safety.
