Responsibilities

• Coordinates staff performance by allocating labor resources among clinics and monitoring production.
• Monitors patient flow activities.
• Monitors department metric performance.
• Assists in training, orientation and staff development programs.
• Assists with patient registration tasks when necessary.
• Provides training and mentoring to clinical staff and feedback for staff evaluations.
• Adapts communication to diverse patient populations and maintains patient privacy.
• Remains informed on applicable laws, standards and compliance requirements.
