Responsibilities

• Directs and manages full scope of LMI, Cardiopulmonary Rehab and Medical Specialties at BILHCCD and off site locations in alignment with strategic mission and goals of the organization.
• Responsible for maintaining collaborative relationships with physicians, Medical Directors, managers/directors at all sites and appropriate services at other sites.
• Manages resources including budget preparation, variance monitoring and allocation of resources.
• Maintains current application of all policies and procedures for NHC.
