Responsibilities

• Daily operational leader for the department.
• Develop and refine processes to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Coaches team members to develop skills and execute department strategy.
• Participates in input to Branch/Satellite Clinic Director regarding performance.
• Ensures effective communication with all team members, in writing and speech.
• Monitors schedules and assures adequate staffing and schedule accuracy.
• Participates in quality assurance and safety improvement efforts.
• Adheres to Service Standards: Safety, Courtesy, Effectiveness, Stewardship.
