Harmony United Psychiatric Care in Port St. Lucie, FL seeks an Office Assistant Float for full-time employment to support multiple outpatient clinic locations.

You will greet patients, handle check-in/out, answer calls, and help manage supplies in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has an AA (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least three years of front-office experience in healthcare, with strong customer service and HIPAA knowledge.

Responsibilities

We provide comprehensive, full-service outpatient mental health services in Florida through in-person and virtual visits through a secure online telehealth platform. Our services include Psychiatric/Psychological Evaluations, Medication Management, Psychotherapy & Counseling, and Neuropsychological Testing Services. Our team of mental health professionals includes psychiatrists, clinical psychologists/neuropsychologists, board‑certified psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and licensed therapists. • Giving coverage in time of need to offices in South Florida with base location at Fort Lauderdale office
• Greet patients, check them in/out, and direct them to appropriate departments or waiting areas
• Accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls to the patients
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of office spaces and waiting areas
• Monitor and replenish office supplies and medical forms, coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment
• Assist in communicating appointment reminders, test results, and other pertinent information to patients
• Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA) in all administrative activities

Work Schedule

• Four 10‑hour shifts per week (Monday - Thursday)
