Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• 4–6 years of clinical experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership/management experience preferred.
• RN license in Texas or compact state.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains daily clinic operations with efficient workflow and safe patient care.
• Implements and monitors nursing care programs and policies.
• Monitors patient outcomes and adjusts care as needed.
• Manages staffing, PTO, and labor needs.
• Oversees supplies, budgeting, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards and HIPAA.
• Supervises nursing staff and provides coaching and evaluations.
• Addresses staff and patient issues and promotes teamwork.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and policies.
