Baptist Health in Arkansas is seeking a Registered Nurse to support patient preparation, assist physicians, and conduct diagnostic tests in clinic settings. The role includes medication administration, education, and documentation to ensure high-quality care and smooth patient flow.

The RN must hold an active AR license and CPR certification. Prior clinical experience is preferred and collaboration with diverse care teams is essential.

Competenze

• Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing (AR state license or multi-state license to include AR).
• Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.

• Prepare patients for procedures and assist physicians during medical procedures.
• Perform diagnostic tests and administer medications as directed.
• Provide patient education and post-care instructions.
• Maintain and sterilize equipment and monitor supplies.

The Registered Nurse is responsible for patient preparation, assisting the physician with medical procedures and minor surgeries, performing various diagnostic tests, administering medications, and providing patient education in the clinic. The nurse also maintains equipment, acts as a liaison between the physician and outside agencies (including hospitals, nursing homes, DME companies, pharmacies, HMO's, and other physician's offices) and the patient, supports other medical staff members to maintain patient flow, and maintains accurate and complete documentation.

• Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.

This job will be authorized80.00 hours bi-weekly.
