Job summary

BHMC-Arkadelphia is seeking a Clinic Nurse RN to support patient preparation, assist physicians during medical procedures, and perform basic diagnostic tests in the Arkadelphia Medical Clinic. You will administer medications, educate patients, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate documentation while coordinating with hospitals, pharmacies, and other care providers to keep patient flow efficient.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license in good standing (AR state license or multi-state license to include AR)
• Registered Nursing Degree from an accredited institution.
• CPR certification required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and assist the physician with clinical tasks.
• Perform diagnostic tests and administer medications as directed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure instruments are properly sterilized.
• Document care accurately and maintain patient records.
• Act as a liaison between physicians, patients, and external providers (hospitals, nursing homes, pharmacies, etc.) to coordinate care.
• Support staff to maintain smooth patient flow throughout clinic operations.
