Job summary

Tuolumne Me-Wuk Indian Health Center in California seeks a Clinic Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational leadership for the primary care nursing team. Reports to Chief Administrative Officer; schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; status non-exempt.

The role ensures safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Candidates must hold a California RN license with at least three years of clinical nursing and a year in a management role; LVN with CA license and five

Qualifications

RN licensed in California with at least 3 years of clinical nursing experience, including 1 year in leadership.
LVN licensed in California with at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2 years in leadership.
Any other combination of education and nursing experience meeting role qualifications.

Responsibilities

Supervise and provide day-to-day leadership for clinic nursing and medical assistant staff.
Ensure nursing care aligns with evidence-based standards and policies.
Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources for efficient clinic operations.
Collaborate with providers to support patient-centered care.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical metrics.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and patient safety standards.
