Job description

Pride Health is seeking an RN Clinic Manager to lead clinical operations and ensure quality home health services. This role combines clinical quality assurance, operational oversight, and leadership of a 5-star 420-census branch.

Base pay range

$84,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Duties

• Oversee patient care delivery, caregiver assignments, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Guide and support clinicians to deliver high-quality care.
• Review and approve admissions, plans of care, and clinical documentation (OASIS).
• Monitor performance, conduct staff education, and support professional development.
• Partner with branch leadership on budget, revenue goals, and quality improvement.

Requirements

• RN license (IL) + CPR certification.
• 2+ years RN experience, including 1+ year in home health management.
• Required: Home health & OASIS experience.
• Preferred: OASIS certification, Homecare Homebase (HCHB), CMS PDGM billing knowledge.
• Strong leadership, organization, and clinical assessment skills.
