CHI Health Clinic seeks an experienced Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) for the Urology Clinic at the CUMC-Bergan Campus. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care and build trusting, long-term relationships with patients in a specialty uplinked setting.
You will perform general nursing tasks, educate patients, and support sensitive health topics. Requirements include an RN license and BLS; sign-on bonus and education assistance are offered.
From primary to specialty care, as well as walk‑in and virtual services, CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy. We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours.
As our Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) working in our amazing and growing Urology Clinic at the CUMC-Bergan Campus, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery.
Unlike acute hospital settings where you see patients briefly during a crisis or surgery, urology clinic nurses track and care for patients over months or years. You build deep, trusting relationships as patients return for follow‑up visits, cancer survivorship care, or chronic disease management
You develop deep expertise in specific, high‑demand areas like catheter and bladder management, kidney stone care, urodynamic studies, prostate health, and oncology follow‑up. Hands‑on office procedures (such as specialized catheterizations, bladder instillations, and assisting with diagnostics like cystoscopies) add strong technical variety to your day
Urology patients frequently deal with sensitive, deeply personal topics‑including sexual health, fertility, incontinence, and cancer diagnoses. As the clinic RN you play a vital, compassionate role in de‑escalating anxiety, providing education, and supporting people through vulnerable health moments
To thrive in this vital role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient‑first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others. Your sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast‑paced environment will not only support patient recovery but also fuel your own career advancements
We are offering a $4800 Sign‑on Bonus and Education Assistance to new hires that meet eligibility requirements.
