CHI St. Vincent Health in Little Rock, AR seeks a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our patient care team, delivering compassionate, high-quality care across screenings, risk assessments, and education. You will coordinate care, document orders, and guide diverse patients with clear instruction.

You will combine clinical knowledge with technology, maintain strong communication, and adapt to patient-centered care. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible hires.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in Arkansas upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR within 30 days.

• Provides and documents patient/family educational teachings as instructed by a physician, including patient/family understanding.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Clinic Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a central figure in our patient care team, delivering exceptional, compassionate care that truly makes a difference in our patients' lives.

Every day you will collaborate on comprehensive screenings, conduct critical risk assessments, provide vital preventative health education, and expertly coordinate care for diverse patient populations, leveraging technology to streamline processes. You'll ensure patients feel informed and at ease, patiently guiding them through instructions and addressing their concerns.

To be successful in this role, you will combine robust clinical knowledge and technological proficiency with genuine compassion, strong communication skills, and an adaptable approach to learning and patient-centered care.

We are offering a sign on bonus up to $15,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer referral bonuses, excellent benefits, tuition reimbursement and relocation assistance.
