Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Medical Assistant accreditation preferred.
• 1+ years of Medical Assistant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective care to patients
• Work independently and deliver excellent customer service
• Accurately perform vital signs and chart in electronic medical records
• Be a resource for all other clinical staff
• Draw up medications for providers as needed
• Perform end of shift room turnover
• Assist Provider team with in office procedures
• Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards and policies
• Manage difficult or emotional patient situations professionally
• Flexibility to travel between locations is required
• Other duties as assigned
