Deaconess News is seeking a compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to provide direct patient care under physician supervision. The role involves assisting with procedures, managing patient documentation, and educational tasks. Job Summary
Will be responsible for providing direct patient care, under the supervision of a physician based on their scope of training to patients. Services provided by the CMA/RMA will include, but are not limited to, general patient care, rooming, vitals, routing patient calls, triage, wound care and bandaging, scribing, assistance with procedures, documentation of activities and patient/family education. The CMA/RMA will provide care utilizing established principles and ethical standards as well as policies and procedures established by Deaconess.
