Experienced Clinic Manager with strong operational and leadership expertise in a dental healthcare setting. Demonstrated success managing clinic workflows, optimizing patient access, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Extensive knowledge of Epic. Including scheduling, registration, documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization. Skilled in supervising staff, improving processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with providers to support efficient, patient-centered care. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced academic healthcare environment.

Associate's Degree in business or relevant experience in lieu of education required.
4 years of clinical management experience in an outpatient clinic. required. May substitute required experience with equivalent years of education beyond the minimum education requirement. required.
Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently and/or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
