Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time role in Florida. This position offers up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus, a path to leadership in outpatient care, and opportunities to lead clinical programs while delivering high-quality patient care.

As Clinic Manager, you will oversee daily operations, develop individualized care plans for orthopedic and neurologic patients, and utilize advanced EMR tools to track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations including financial, administrative, and personnel aspects.
• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for a diverse patient population with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
• Document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes efficiently and accurately.
• Measure patient outcomes using cutting-edge software and EMR tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture and pursue professional growth.
