Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy invites you to join as Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist (PT) in a full-time outpatient setting. You will lead a clinic, manage operations, and deliver patient-centered care with a focus on outcomes and teamwork.

Prerequisites include a CAPTE-accredited PT program, current licensure or eligibility, and at least 1 year of PT experience. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CAPTE-accredited PT degree.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrates a passion to learn, grow and make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Impact the local community through inclusive physical therapy care.
• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for diverse patients.
• Objectively measure patient outcomes with advanced software.
• Document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations and discharge notes.
• Pursue professional growth via affiliations, workshops and events.
• Manage daily clinic operations: financial, administrative and personnel.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
