Job Details

This is a fully onsite role at our Eagle Highlands location, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM, with some flexibility. Preference for candidates with clinical backgrounds.

Responsibilities include assisting the Senior Leader in planning, directing, and managing operations within assigned areas, overseeing development and performance outcomes, supervising daily patient services, managing finances, and ensuring facility adequacy. Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with staff, physicians, and external partners to ensure service excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
