The Center for Physical Rehabilitation is seeking a hands-on Clinic Manager for our Okemos clinic. You will lead patient care activities, oversee manual therapy delivery, and collaborate with physicians, insurance teams, and staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Ideal candidates will have a CAPTE-accredited PT degree, Michigan licensure (or imminent), CPR certification, and experience in management or marketing/sales. We offer a $5,000 sign-on and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current MI Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.
• Managerial and Marketing/Sales experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Patient care: conduct assessments, design tailored plans, guide recovery.
• Hands-on treatment: provide manual care and monitor clinic flow.
• Collaboration: work with physicians, insurance teams, and staff.
• Mentorship: mentor team members and foster upbeat clinic culture.
• Documentation: maintain evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries for billing.
• AI Ambient: explore supportive tools to streamline workflows.
• Clinic growth: identify opportunities to improve day-to-day operations and growth.
