Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure required.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient's needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget and referral generation.
• Demonstrate positive connections with patients and team members.
• Build and maintain community relationships.
