PT Solutions in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead a brand-new clinic and grow a team of Physical Therapists. You will implement evidence-based treatment programs to help patients recover and drive high-quality care across a diverse caseload.

The role includes overseeing onboarding and development programs, mentorship opportunities, and access to residency-style pathways. A strong focus on community engagement and budget performance is expected to advance the clinic’s mission.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• State Licensure is required.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient and empower them to exceed their functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referrals, visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
