Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy seeks a Clinic Manager to lead an interdisciplinary team and deliver evidence-based care across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties. You will evaluate, plan, and administer treatment programs, mentor staff, meet budget targets through referrals and accurate billing, and foster relationships within the community.

The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$110,000 per year plus monthly incentives, with opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover, while also leading and mentoring an interdisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Your Responsibilities As a Clinic Manager

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
