Job summary

Primary Care Plus in Westwego is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead clinical and administrative staff, and align practice performance with budget targets. The role requires strong leadership, policy development, and collaboration with revenue cycle teams to optimize patient care and financial outcomes.

The candidate will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe, efficient clinic environment while guiding strategic initiatives for growth and service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinic or medical office management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficiency with EHR software in the clinic setting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision of clinical staff, medical records, reception, and other clinic staff to ensure effective patient services.
• Ensure environment meets federal, state and accreditation standards and maintain a safe environment for staff, patients and visitors.
• Oversee equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient levels and making recommendations for additions/deletions.
• Develop, implement and maintain clinic and revenue cycle policies and procedures.
• Manage staff training on clinic policies and procedures and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle Management to ensure accurate revenue reporting and collections.
• Monitor patient volume to optimize revenue and manage expenses within the operating budget.
• Review monthly financial statements with the Finance Department.
• Support practice management systems and generate reports for leadership.
