Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our registration team at the Gateway One location in Salmon Creek, WA. You will warmly greet patients, collect co-pays, verify insurance information, answer calls, and schedule appointments in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service experience, medical front office exposure, and strong keyboarding skills.

Job description

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our registration team at our Gateway one location (Salmon Creek).

To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients. Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co-pays, obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. If you can multitask, work well with others as part of a team, and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

Location: Gateway one (2501 NE 134th St #200, Vancouver, WA 98686)

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.00/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required .

Pay Range $17.31 - $24.24
