A radiology practice within Radiology Partners in the Austin area is seeking an Operations Leader to oversee daily clinic operations, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Ideal candidates will develop and implement policies to maximize efficiency, hire and coach staff, and ensure licensing, accreditation, safety, and regulatory compliance across outpatient imaging centers.

Qualifikationen

• Education – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in radiology and supervisory/leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of radiology principles, standards, equipment, and safety.
• Proficiency in office and radiology-related systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
