Job Title: Clinic Manager - Arlington, TX

Join CenterWell Senior Primary Care as a Clinic Manager in Arlington, TX.

This role involves leading clinic operations, managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to meet organizational goals.

Pay Range

Estimated annual salary: $71,100 - $97,800. Actual pay will depend on skills and experience. Discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily clinic operations.
• Manage staff and foster a productive team environment.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Operational leadership experience in a multi-physician or clinical setting.
• Knowledge of Value-Based Care, EMRs, and HEDIS/STARs.
• Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Population Health, Medicare, and Managed Care.
• Budget management experience of $500,000+.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
