Job summary

Longevity Medical Clinic in Washington is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure patients receive exceptional experiences from start to finish.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff; develop protocols; manage scheduling, performance reviews, and billing; coordinate IT and vendor relations; and help drive monthly targets in a small, supportive healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership in a medical or wellness environment preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with billing or inventory software.
• High school diploma required; AA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations and support staff with confidence and positivity.
• Hire, train, and mentor team members to ensure growth, engagement, and accountability.
• Develop and implement clinic protocols for services and programs.
• Manage employee scheduling, performance reviews, and timekeeping.
• Oversee patient membership management, lab reviews, and workflow accuracy.
• Provide top-tier customer service and resolve patient issues promptly.
• Audit staff tasks and monthly lab billing for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate IT troubleshooting and vendor relations.
• Manage accounts receivable, clinic refunds, and new account setups in Xero.
• Order medical supplies, specialty medications, and ensure operational readiness.
• Support business goals through strategy and team collaboration to meet monthly targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with billing or inventory software
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and love for helping teams thrive
• High school diploma required; AA degree preferred

Job Details:

• Full-time
• $33.65/hour-$37.50 DOE
• Monday-Friday
• 8-hour shift (can range from 7:30am-5:30 pm)
• Job must be done in person
