Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience in a medical or wellness environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with billing or inventory software.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset; helps teams thrive.
• High school diploma required; AA degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations with confidence and positivity.
• Hire, train, and mentor team members to ensure growth and accountability.
• Develop and implement clinic protocols for services and programs.
• Manage employee scheduling, performance reviews, and timekeeping.
• Oversee patient membership management, lab reviews, and workflow accuracy.
• Provide top-tier customer service and promptly resolve patient issues.
• Audit staff tasks and monthly lab billing for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate IT troubleshooting and vendor relations.
• Manage accounts receivable, clinic refunds, and new account setups in Xero.
• Order medical supplies and specialty medications; ensure readiness.
• Support business goals through strategy and teamwork to meet monthly targets.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

You’ll Excel If You Have

• High school diploma required; AA degree preferred

Job Details:

• Full-time
• $33.65/hour-$37.50 DOE
• Monday-Friday
• 8-hour shift (can range from 7:30am-5:30 pm)
• Job must be done in person
