Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Clinic Manager to ensure the smooth flow of clinic operations and support both patients and staff. You will manage the clinic schedule, supervise team members, oversee patient care processes, and maintain compliance with company standards.

We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us. The role requires coordinating with HR, handling scheduling, and ensuring accurate insurance verification and billing.

• Communicate with attorneys regarding patient status and compliance (if applicable)

• Perform routine audits and submit required reports

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Tuesday: 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Occasional Saturdays for training

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Familiar with HIPAA, insurance verification, and EHR systems

Knowledge of E-ClinicalWorks is a plus

Bilingual is a plus, but not required
