Job summary

Neko Health is hiring a physician to deliver its preventive-care model in the Greater Miami area. You will perform comprehensive preventive screenings using high-resolution imaging and AI-powered decision support, translate findings into actionable steps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless member experience.

The role requires an active Florida medical license, board certification, and outpatient experience.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State medical license is required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent.
• At least 1+ year of post-residency experience.
• Recent outpatient experience in the past 5 years.
• Experience working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.

Physician to deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in Greater Miami - using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into action plans that genuinely change what a member does next. This is a deeply collaborative role at the intersection of clinical excellence, member experience, and a conviction that catching things early changes lives. You'll work closely with Operators, APPs, and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless, insight-driven member experience.

What You'll Deliver in the First 6-12 Months

• Comprehensive preventive health screenings delivered using Neko's high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support - with consistent quality across every member visit.

• Personalized, action-oriented health plans created from screening data, translated into next steps the member actually takes - measured by member follow-through and downstream outcomes.

• Member education on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies that lands - measured by how the member felt about the consultation, not just the clinical findings.

• Clinical oversight and escalation support provided to APPs, raising the bar for clinical quality and team performance across the clinic.

• Cross-functional collaboration with Operators, APPs, and care teams that improves continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Active Florida State medical license.

• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent.
