Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee clinical, regulatory, and operational functions at our outpatient facility. You will hire, develop, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team while collaborating with physicians to deliver superior patient outcomes and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

The role requires RN licensure in California, 1 year nursing experience, and dialysis care exposure.

Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure in California (CA).
  • 12 months of nursing experience.
  • 6 months of kidney failure/transplant care with dialysis training.
  • 3-5 years of clinical and management experience in an ESRD facility preferred.
  • BLS and CPR certifications required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and document interpretation skills.

Job Requirements

We are seeking an ambitious, operationally focused, and results driven leader. As a Clinic Manager you will oversee the clinical, regulatory, and operational functions of our outpatient facility. This is accomplished by hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements.

Work Experience
  • Current RN licensure in the state; BSN preferred.
  • 12 months of nursing experience.
  • 6 months of experience in kidney failure/transplant care, including dialysis training.
  • Meets state/licensing requirements.
  • 3-5 years of clinical and management experience in an ESRD facility preferred.
  • BLS and CPR certifications required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and document interpretation skills.

Salary Range
  • $120,000 - $155,000 / year depending on experience and qualifications
